Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms:

25% non-refundable deposit payable upon confirmation of booking
50% payment: 60 days prior to arrival
Final payment: 45 days prior to arrival dates

Agents with credit facilities have to pre-pay on 1st day of the month service to clients start

Cancellation Terms:

Upon confirmation of bookings 25% non-refundable deposit
Time of booking – 61 days prior to arrival 25% deposit forfeited
60-46 days prior to arrival: 35%
45- 30 days prior to arrival: 50%
29-15 days prior to arrival: 75%
14-8 days prior to arrival: 95%
7-0 days prior to arrival/ No show: 100%

In the case of death or illness, special cancellation terms can be negotiated, only if we are in possession of a death/sick certificate copy.

Special conditions may apply according to specifications of lodges/hotel cancellation policies.
